What Are Avatars?

Avatars give your players a visual identity inside the gamification widget. Instead of a generic profile, players now have a face, one they can earn, unlock, and make their own.

As an operator, you're in full control. You can create and manage your entire avatar catalog, deciding which avatars are freely available to all users and which ones need to be earned.

Avatars as a Reward Tool

This is where it gets interesting. Avatars are a new type of reward you can plug into your existing gamification flows. You can distribute avatars through:

AI-Powered Customization

We've taken avatars a step further with Avatar Customization. It’s an AI-powered feature that lets players put their own spin on any avatar.

As an operator, you define a set of customization options (like "Red Hat" or "Green Glasses") using AI prompts, each with its own cost in points, gems, or diamonds. Players can then apply these to their avatar, with each customization generating a brand new variation. Every application is unique, and players can browse their full customization history and roll back to any previous version at any time.

It's a great way to add a new spending mechanic that feels fun and personal rather than transactional.
