- Oversee daily office operations and ensure a positive, efficient work environment
- Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements
- Manage office supplies, vendors, and facility services
- Support onboarding of new employees and assist with HR admin tasks
- Collaborate with on budgets, reporting, and internal processes
- Be the go-to person for team needs and office culture initiatives
What You Bring:
- Previous experience as an Office Manager, Admin Lead, or similar role
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Fluent in Bulgarian and good command of English
- A friendly, professional, and can-do attitude!
