  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure a positive, efficient work environment
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements
  • Manage office supplies, vendors, and facility services
  • Support onboarding of new employees and assist with HR admin tasks
  • Collaborate with on budgets, reporting, and internal processes
  • Be the go-to person for team needs and office culture initiatives

What You Bring:

  • Previous experience as an Office Manager, Admin Lead, or similar role
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
  • Fluent in Bulgarian and good command of English
  • A friendly, professional, and can-do attitude!
