As a Senior Node.js Developer, you’ll play a critical role in developing and optimizing our software platform.

Your Responsibilities will Include:

• Backend Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend services using Node.js.
• API Design & Integration: Build and maintain RESTful and WebSocket APIs.
• Performance Optimization: Enhance system performance, scalability, and reliability.
• AI & LLM Agent Development: Design and build custom LLM agents as a core part of the product, utilizing techniques like RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), Reactive Agents, and advanced Data Analysis.
• Database Management: Work with relational databases.
• Security & Compliance: Implement security best practices.
• Collaboration: Work closely with frontend developers, AI specialists, and other stakeholders.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in Node.js backend development.
• Proficiency in TypeScript.
• Active usage of agentic development workflows, including proven experience leveraging AI coding assistants (e.g., Cursor, Claude) to accelerate and enhance software delivery.
• Strong understanding of asynchronous programming.
• Experience with Express.js, RESTful APIs and WebSockets.
• Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL / BigQuery).
• Experience with scalable and high-performance applications.
• Strong knowledge of Git and version control best practices.
