Smartico works with your platform rather than replacing it. It pulls the list of available bonuses from your system, then issues them through an API, essentially instructing your platform to "give bonus X to player Y." The bonus itself (for example, free spins on a specific game) is defined and managed on your platform's side, while Smartico handles the logic of who gets it, when, and why. That means you keep your existing bonus infrastructure and gain Smartico's targeting and automation on top.
From across the whole platform. A bonus can be issued from a CRM campaign, an automation rule, a mission, a tournament, a mini-game, or sold to players as an item in the store. Because the same bonus catalog is available everywhere, you can use one bonus in many contexts without rebuilding it each time.
A bonus template is a reusable definition you create once in Smartico, including its type (cash, free spins, coupon code, and so on), an icon, the public name players see, an activity period, and an expiration. Once created, the same template can be given through any channel, and certain properties (like the amount, coupon code, or the name shown to the player) can be overridden at the moment you issue it. So a single "Free Spins" template can appear as a mission reward, a store item, and a tournament prize, each with its own amount or label.
It means the bonus amount isn't fixed, it's calculated from a player's real activity. You can define formulas based on deposits, bets, losses, or other gaming behavior, so each player receives an amount tailored to them rather than a flat figure. If a player bought a bonus from the store with points and it fails to issue, there's an option to return their points.

You can display all bonuses, or filter to show only those from specific sources (store, mini-game, automation rule, and so on), only those with a particular status, or a combination. You can also add a deep link to a bonus so clicking it sends the player to a chosen destination, or hide bonuses from the widget entirely if you prefer.

Bonuses can be triggered by CRM campaigns and automation rules, awarded through gamification (missions, levels, tournaments, mini-games, the store), and announced across email, SMS, push, or on-site popups, all from one system. That's what lets a single player action trigger both the reward and the message that tells them about it, without stitching tools together.
