What we do
Smartico.ai is a multi-channel Realtime Gamification and Marketing Loyalty Platform. We enable companies to drive customer engagement and increase revenue by providing personalized marketing and retention tools.We are looking for DevOps Engineer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Help manage, improve, and maintain cloud infrastructure across AWS and GCP.
- Provision, patch, and configure platform components and infrastructure services.
- Support migrations, optimization, and operations of services in high-load AWS production environments.
- Maintain and improve Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools.
- Build and operate monitoring, logging, tracing, and alerting for internal infrastructure and public services.
- Help ensure high availability, fault tolerance, security, and resilience of production systems.- Automate development, deployment, and operational processes.
- Troubleshoot platform-level issues affecting application performance and availability.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, SRE, or Linux System Administrator.
- Hands-on experience with AWS or other cloud platforms.- Strong Linux administration skills.
- Understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, Git, GitLab CI, and GitOps principles.
- Scripting experience with Shell, Python, or similar languages.
- Experience with observability tools for monitoring, logging, tracing, and alerting, such as Zabbix, Graylog, Nagios, PagerDuty, or similar.
- Experience supporting large-scale production environments.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn independently and stay curious about new technologies.
Nice to have::
- Experience with Terraform or other Infrastructure as Code tools.
- Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible or Puppet.
- Experience with messaging systems such as RabbitMQ or Apache Kafka.
- Basic database administration experience with MySQL or PostgreSQL.
