What Your Team Can Ask the Smartico MCP Server
Real tasks, in plain language: build a segment, set up a rule, draft a campaign or ask your data a question. The assistant prepares the change, shows you a preview and acts only when you confirm.
Segments and Campaigns, Built by Asking
Describe the audience or the journey you want. The assistant looks up the right properties instead of guessing, drafts the configuration, checks it with a dry run and shows you the result before anything is saved.
- “Create a segment of Gold players with more than 5 total deposits and no login for 7 days.”
- “Set up a real-time rule that gives 10 diamonds on a player's first deposit.”
- “Draft a campaign that emails Gold players inactive for 7 days, then sends a push after 24 hours.”
- “Clone campaign 12345 into a new draft and show me its flow before starting it.”
- Estimate how many players a segment reaches, and see a before-and-after view whenever you update one.
Answers Straight From Your Data Warehouse
Ask a business question and get the answer from your own Smartico data warehouse. The assistant finds the right tables and joins, writes the SQL, checks it with a dry run, then runs it and turns the result into a table, a chart or a CSV.
- Player deposits by brand, bonus turnover and wagering, first-time deposits by acquisition channel, cohort retention: each one question away.
- Read-only by design: no statements that change data, and no access to other accounts' data. Columns a user is not allowed to see stay hidden.
- Available with the MCP Analyst and MCP Full access profiles.
One Message, a Live Campaign Dashboard
A real Claude session on a Smartico demo brand: one message, and Claude reads the data warehouse through the MCP Server, builds a live dashboard of the last 30 days and explains what the numbers say.
- One message. Entries, conversions and the top campaigns for the last 30 days.
- Your own data. Claude finds the tables and writes the SQL; you approve each step.
- Live. The dashboard runs its queries again each time it is opened.
- Explained. Claude says what grew, what fell and which campaign works.

FAQ
Create and update segments, automation rules, campaigns, message templates, bonus templates, banners and placements, forms, levels, formulas, label tags and avatars; look up properties, events, bonus types, deep links and the gamification catalog; search Smartico's product documentation; manage the media library; and, with the right profile, query your data warehouse.
Yes, with the MCP Analyst or Full access profile. The assistant discovers your data warehouse tables and runs read-only SQL. It cannot change data or see other accounts' data, and restricted columns stay hidden. Limits are listed on the help center.
Some object types, such as properties, event types, gateways and the gamification catalog, are read-only through MCP. This is deliberate: the most sensitive configuration stays out of reach of AI assistants, and changes to it are made by people in the back office.
