Forms is an interactive data-collection tool built into Smartico's CRM automation. You build custom forms, show them to the right players through your campaigns, and every answer maps automatically to a player profile or a custom attribute, powered by your segmentation engine. Use it for profile updates, surveys, accepting terms and conditions, capturing preferences, and more.

What you can do with it
