Any spin can drop a prize. About one spin in three wins; the others get a silent "no prize" that shows nothing.
A random prize lands on the player's screen after a deposit, a bet, a mission or a store purchase. You choose the prizes, the odds and the budget. Players get the thrill of a surprise, with no game to play.

Each button does what a player does in your casino or sportsbook. Smartico picks the prize on the server and shows it in that drop's own design.

Every deposit opens the chest: points, gems, raffle tickets for the Grand Raffle, or a rare diamond.

The player chooses: Claim now, or Later. A prize kept for later waits in the prize history, next to the drops.

Each prize has its own button. "Play now" opens a mini-game with the spins you won; "Spend gems" opens the store.
Demo prizes only: points, gems, diamonds, raffle tickets and game spins. Nothing here costs or pays real money.
Choose when the prize counts. You set it when you create the prize drop, and every design follows it: one button, or Claim and Cancel.
Open a prize drop in the back office and click Edit in Vibe Studio. Pick a design, then tell the AI what to change: the colours, the style, the animation or a picture. You can also paste your own HTML. Click a design below to see it play.
One prize drop holds as many prizes as you like. Each one has its own stock, texts and button.
A prize drop is a reward like any other, so it fits wherever you give rewards. You can also give one by hand from a player's profile in the back office.
See what each drop gave, to whom, and what players did next.
Your prize drops are open to your developers, to Vibe Studio and to AI assistants, with the same data and rules as the back office.
A prize drop gives a player a random prize from a list you set up, and shows it in a pop-up the moment it happens. There is nothing to play: the prize simply lands on the screen, for example after a deposit, a winning bet or a completed mission.
A mini-game is something the player chooses to play, like a wheel or a scratch card. A prize drop is something you give: a journey, a rule, a mission, a badge, a tournament or a store item hands it out, and the player only sees the result.
Each prize has a number of items in stock. The chance of a prize is its stock compared with the stock of all prizes, so a prize with more items drops more often. A prize that runs out cannot drop until the stock is refilled.
You choose. With "Give prize even if user did not see it" the prize is given at once and the pop-up appears when the player comes back. With "Give prize when user sees it" the prize counts only when the drop is shown.
Yes, with "Give prize only after manual claim". The design then shows Claim and Cancel. Claim gives the prize at once; Cancel keeps it in the player's prize history, where they can claim it later.
Yes. Start from one of the ten ready designs in Vibe Studio and ask the AI to change the colours, the style, the animation or a picture, or paste your own HTML. One design shows every prize, in every language.
Yes. The journey or automation rule that gives the drop sets the limit, for example one drop a day per player, and the stock and refill schedule cap the total budget of each prize.
The prize drop's Winnings tab lists every prize given, and the Not claimed prizes tab shows prizes that are still waiting, ready to export or to use in a reminder campaign. The Mini Games report and the AI Data Analyst show how players behaved before and after.
