Early VIP Detection:
Find Future VIPs in Their First Days

Smartico watches every new depositor for their first 14 days and flags the players whose early play looks like your future VIPs. Scores update every hour, so your VIP team can call while the player is still playing.

Four Bands,
From a Hint to a Sure Thing

Each new depositor is scored at fixed points of their first two weeks and placed in a band. A band can only go up during the day, so your team's list stays stable.

  • From the first deposit: D0 Watch comes from the size of the first deposit, on the same day.
  • Learns from your VIPs: from day 1, a model calibrated for each brand compares the player's play with that brand's own past VIPs and gives a VIP probability.
  • Fewer, better flags: the model prefers a short list it is sure about to a long list of maybes.

Act While It Still Feels Personal

The flag, the band and the VIP probability are player properties, and every change sends the event early VIP update.

Call on the same day

Start a journey or a host task the moment a player is flagged or moves up a band.

Onboarding by band

Strong and Probable players get a fast VIP welcome, Watch players an enhanced journey, the rest the standard path.

Budget where value will be

Spend more on a few high-confidence players instead of giving every new depositor the same bonus.

Save a future VIP early

If a flagged player goes quiet in the first two weeks, start a priority win-back. A save on day 5 beats a reactivation on day 60.
